All classes are set to up-tempo, motivating music and the workouts are fun and effective. My fitness method is a hybrid of cardio, strength training, yoga and pilates, each class designed to work every part of your body with the aim to sculpting long-lean muscles whilst also enjoying the mental benefits that fitness can provide.

For me, barre fitness is the perfect combination of everything I love (dance/yoga/cheesy music!) so it seemed an obvious choice to teach it!
In 2019 I completed my Cardio Barre Teacher Training with Kalon Movement and I've been teaching ever since. Kalon is a a fitness concept created by the professional dancers of Paris' most famous cabarets. Their signature class 'Cardio Barre' is designed to 'sculpt your body with a touch of glamour'!
You can find a vast repertoire of Kalon Cardio Barre workouts on the Kalon online platform and iOS and Android apps to workout with Team K from home, or from your hotel room while travelling.

Do you offer private barre fitness classes?
Yes I do. I offer private or small group classes at your home/hotel, in a hired studio or a location of your choice. Classes are fully adapted to your needs & requests.
I've never done ballet or pilates, can I do barre?
Yes of course. Barre fitness classes are suitable for all levels, even total beginners.
What should I wear to a barre class?
A comfortable stretchy fitness outfit such as leggings & a top and bare feet.
